DMC Floss Stock Enquiry/Order Form

In the solid colours section, enter the quantity required against each colour.

Below the solid colours, there is a section to enter up 50 additional threads, i.e. Variegated, Light Effects, Linen, Colour Variations and Satin threads. In this section enter both the colour number and quantity required,  e.g. 48/1, E130/1, L139/1, 4010/1, S211/1 etc.

Press the TAB key to go forward and SHIFT & TAB to go back. Only press the ENTER key to submit the form.

Totals for solid colours and additional threads will be displayed at the bottom of each section.

Enter any additional information at the bottom of the form.

When finished press the Submit button (your enquiry/order will be confirmed on the next screen), to start again press the Clear Form button
